Noelle Federico
Noelle has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of business management, finance and development as well as media relations, sales and marketing. She is the COO and co-owner of Gill Media, the media company that owns the nationally syndicated Steve Gill Show and the co-owner with Jeff Prescott of Music City News Publishing, Inc. which is the parent company of Music City News Media and Marketing (MCNMM).

She is the Business Manager and CFO of Dreamstime.com, LLC which is the third largest stock photography company in the world.

Noelle has been with Dreamstime since its inception and has helped to develop its presence in the US. She handles all financial and business matters for the company.

In addition, Noelle is the Business Manager for Nature’s Youth, Inc. a national
nutritional supplement company and she is the CEO of Fortunato Partners, Inc.

She is also the Publicist and Marketing Director for Roger Hedgecock and the nationally syndicated Roger Hedgecock Show.

Noelle is a columnist for www.southernledger.com and is the author of ‘Practical Change…8 Ways to Rejuvenate Your Life’.

She graduated from Fisher College in Boston, MA and also attended Suffolk University. She lives in Franklin, TN with her son.


Steve Gill
Steve Gill is an attorney and host of an influential nationally syndicated radio talk show in Tennessee. He is also the Chief Political Analyst for WKRN News 2 (ABC) in Nashville, and makes frequent appearances as a political commentator on Fox News, CNN, MSNBC and other media outlets in the U.S and abroad.

As a lawyer, businessman and government official, he has traveled extensively around the world. Gill has negotiated business transactions in countries such as Japan, Canada, Mexico, Russia, England, Chile and Argentina. His business and media related travels have also taken him to Peru, Venezuela, Kuwait, Bahrain, Dubai, Iraq, Israel, Brazil, Germany and Ireland. Gill served on the adjunct faculty of Belmont University from 1991- 2004, teaching international business and negotiations at the graduate and undergraduate levels.

In 1992 he was appointed to a White House Fellowship by President George H.W. Bush and served as Director of Intergovernmental Affairs for the U.S. Trade Representative in the Executive Office of the President. During his Fellowship year Gill served in both the Bush and Clinton Administrations, working with Governors and state officials as their primary liaison with the U.S. government on international trade policy. He has regularly consulted with and advised political candidates and public officials at the local, state and federal level.

 


Doug Dawson
Doug Dawson is a dynamic results oriented leader with a strong track record of building successful, customer-focused, team-based cultures. His management style empowers people to be their best and to take ownership of growth and change initiatives. His military experience as an Air Force veteran, has helped him to consistently deliver effective strategies and tactics for success.

Most recently, Doug served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a community bank in Tennessee. The bank specializes in customized consumer and business banking solutions. Along with driving growth in the Middle-Tennessee market, Doug has spearheaded the bank’s community engagement programs by forming win-win partnerships with many local organizations. His working knowledge in media has helped the bank achieve better-than-agency pricing, measurable value-added benefits, and results at a substantial savings from previous efforts,

His strategies for marketing, change and growth revitalized the bank and delivered solid growth of over 60 million in core deposits over a 24 month period and 72 million in commercial loans. Doug has built a sales culture that has doubled the previous growth rate and made the bank a competitor in the market.

Doug has a long track-record of developing and implementing innovative marketing, sales, and growth strategies across a variety of business landscapes. He has built successful ventures in the entertainment industry with Country Music super-duo Brooks & Dunn, as President of the Dawson Group, his strategies helped many artists, businesses, and charitable organizations achieve record success. After selling his company he joined a media group and managed a group of sales professionals that propelled the company to double-digit growth by expanding into new revenue platforms. He entered the finance industry with the mission of growing a private-client mortgage firm. Doug spent the next several years developing and implementing marketing, sales training, hiring, and retention strategies that helped the company expand into one of the premier firms in Williamson County.

Doug and his wife Bobbi-Lyn live in Nashville and are active members of their church where they serve as Care Group Leaders. Together, they began a small home-based ministry. Doug is also a volunteer instructor in the Life Recovery Program at the Nashville Rescue Mission, and serves as a volunteer pilot for Challenge Air, Make-A-Wish, and Angel Flight.
